Step 06

Brickwork, Plumbing & Electrical

With the structure complete, we move to walls, waterproofing and rough-in work for plumbing and electrical — all to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) specifications and supervised by our certified site engineers.

We procure cement, steel, tiles and fixtures directly from authorised dealers of reputed brands. No unbranded or substandard material ever enters a DESEO CAPITAL project site.

🔬 Third-Party Testing

Concrete cube tests, steel tensile tests and soil bearing tests are conducted by NABL-accredited independent labs. Reports are shared with clients, not filed away.

👷 Certified Engineers

Every project is supervised by a licensed civil engineer. Our structural designs are prepared and signed by IIT/NIT-educated structural engineers with decades of field experience.

📋 Stage Sign-Offs

No phase proceeds until the previous phase has passed inspection. Our internal checklist and client approval protocol ensures no step is ever rushed or skipped.

💧 Waterproofing Guarantee

All waterproofing treatments come with a separate 10-year material warranty from the manufacturer, in addition to our own workmanship guarantee.

Electrical Safety Audit

Before handover, a certified electrical contractor performs a full load test and continuity check on all circuits — an audit report is included in your handover dossier.
